Several layers of glass and dichroic glass, are used to make these pendants and give the piece depth and a bit of a 3D effect. The "Tree of Life" is a life-affirming symbol. The mighty oak tree with its mighty branches reaching upward to the sky and its roots settled deep into the earth, the tree represents all that is true, noble, and wholesome. The pendant measures approximately 2" long (including the bail) and 1" wide. The tube bail is sterling silver plated and has small, etched, decorative dots.
