We utilize PayPal and Authorize.Net for payment processing.  With PayPal or Authorize.Net you may use your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or your Bank Card.  Both PayPal and Authorize.Net are secure ways to pay for merchandise online.  With PayPal, all sensitive information goes directly to PayPal and is not accessible to BellaRose Designs.  You will first need to set-up an account with PayPal, which is free to buyers.  Authorize.Net and PayPal guarantee protection against unauthorized payments.  We are sorry, that at this time, we are unable to accept personal checks or money orders.

BellaRose Designs offers free shipping, within the Continental U.S., on orders of $50.00 and up.  Shipping is $5.00 for orders less than $50.00.  We ship via the U.S. Post Office by insured First Class mail.  Shipping to all other countries is $10.00 for orders of $50.00 and up.  Shipping for orders under $50.00 is $18.00.  Contact us if you need expedited shipping.  For your security and protection, we can only ship to the billing address on record with your credit card.

We accept returns if the jewelry is damaged in transit.  Contact us immediately to report any problems.  Jewelry returns must be made within five (5) business days after its receipt.  A copy of the invoice must be included when returning merchandise and the jewelry must be returned in its original box.  Customers are responsible for insurance and shipping charges for returned merchandise.  BellaRose Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns that are not insured.  If your jewelry should break due to general wear within the first thirty (30) days of purchase, BellaRose Designs will repair the item at no charge to you.
